Sarah Milson-Mahy
Sarah Milson-Mahy is the In House Counsel with the Family Law Practice.
When she joined the Centre in 2020, she brought with her a legal career spanning 28 years. Since 1995, Sarah has worked exclusively in all aspects of Family Law and Child Protection in private practice. Over her career, Sarah has provided advice to clients with respect to parenting matters, property settlement Orders and Binding Financial Agreements, spousal maintenance, child support, divorce and separation, superannuation, trusts, rural and business arrangements, family violence and child abuse, Hague Convention, child abduction and recovery Orders, Wills, Transfers and Conveyancing.
Sarah graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology in 1991 and gained her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Technology Sydney in 1993. Sarah has also recently undertaken her Nationally Accredited Mediation Training through the College of Law.
Sarah is a current member of the ACT Law Society Council.
