The ACT Courts Registry will be closed from 12:30 pm on Friday 22 December 2023 and will re-open at 9:00 am on Tuesday 2 January 2024. During this period, people can apply for emergency FVOs.

You may apply for an emergency Family Violence Protection Order by contacting the Australian Federal Police on 131444 or attending City Police Station, London Circuit Canberra City.
