Linda Crebbin AM
Linda joined the Centre Board in 2019 and is currently the Secretary of the Board and Chair of the Governance Committee.
Linda is a retired lawyer. She worked with private law firms and the Attorney General’s Department in the 1980s and with Legal Aid ACT from 1991 to 2006.
Linda was the inaugural ACT Children and Young People Commissioner and Disability and Community Services Commissioner, and was appointed as the inaugural General President of the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal in late 2008.
Linda was made a Member of the Order of Australia in June 2018 for her contribution to the law and the legal profession in the ACT. She was also a recipient of an ACT Women’s Award in 2003. Linda has a particular interest in the delivery of legal services to vulnerable people using an holistic practice model.
